ORDERING - Orders can be placed online, by phone (800-483-6860) or by fax (800-483-4909) with this order form. If you are a Reseller, such as a Bookstore, call 800-483-6860 for Reseller discounts. (Order must be faxed on official institutional Letterhead or Purchase Order form to receive the discount.)
PAYMENT - We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Purchase orders (must be over $100) will be accepted from schools, organizations, or businesses.
TERMS - All invoices are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments received beyond 40 days are subject to a 2% or $25 late payment charge.
RETURNS - You may return any product that is in resalable condition within 6 months from the Invoice date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. In order to qualify for credit, please include a detailed packing slip with ISBN numbers, authors, titles, invoice numbers, purchase price, and the reason for return. (We reserve the right to refuse shipment and/or charge an additional restocking fee if the product has been damaged during shipment.)
SHIPPING & DELIVERY - Orders are shipped the same business day by UPS Ground if received by 3 pm CST. If received after 3 pm CST, the order will be shipped the next business day by UPS Ground. Please allow 3-5 days UPS transit. A charge of $4.50 for the 1st Item and $.50 for each additional item will be assessed. Please call if you need expedited shipping.
REVIEW COPIES - Customers now have the opportunity to Review the curriculum instantly. Click here to access and download the Student Workbooks and Instructor Guides. If after reviewing the downloaded books and your school or organization is interested in adopting them for their Spanish courses, Pronto Spanish would be happy to provide 30 day review copies.
If you decide not to adopt these materials, please return them to Pronto Spanish, P.O. Box 92, Lake Mills, WI 53551. Any books or materials not returned to Pronto Spanish at the end of the 30-day examination period or materials returned in damaged condition will be invoiced at the Retail Price.
In order to receive your Review Copies, please e-mail the following information to customerservice[at]prontospanish[dot]com: Complete title, Course Title, Estimated class enrollment, Adoption decision date, and name and phone number of decision maker(s).
