Pronto Spanish was created to assist people interested in communicating more effectively with their Spanish-speaking employees, clients, and neighbors. We currently offer four distinct types of Conversational & Spanish for the Workplace products.

Our interactive Online Courses were designed for self-study, to be taken anywhere, anytime. However, they were also designed to follow the ¡A Trabajar! A Guide to Occupational Spanish textbook. Therefore, they can be used as a "lab" for an on-ground class OR as blended classroom (partially on-line and partially on-ground). The On-line Courses are divided into 8 lessons for approximately 16 hours of self-study (depending upon the students' previous knowledge). For a complete description of the courses, click here.

Pronto Guides contain over 550 industry-specific words and phrases to help achieve your goal--communicate with your co-workers and customers. Each industry-specific guide condenses hundreds of phrases onto 4 pages of heavy cardstock for easy access, portability, and durability. Currently available in 10 industries with more being developed all the time! They can be used for either self-study and reference or as a supplement to your classroom text, ¡A Trabajar! A Guide to Occupational Spanish.

¡A Conversar! A 4-level conversational Spanish series designed for the adult learner classroom. Each level is designed for 16 hours of instruction...perfect for community colleges and continuing education courses! The focus is on communication, not grammar, utilizing fun, and low-pressure activities, games, and exercises to "bridge the gap in comunicación." Extensive teacher resources available.

¡A Trabajar! Similar to the ¡A Conversar! series above, except that the focus is on communication in the workplace, not general conversational Spanish. This occupational Spanish course is designed to help English-speakers communicate better with their Spanish-speaking co-workers and clients. Use with the appropriate Pronto Guide for an industry-specific course.

Designed by a Spanish instructor FOR Spanish instructors. Instead of generic word lists our Instructor Guide includes detailed lessons with games, activities, and ideas for industry-specific courses. Simply follow the Instructor's Guide for a complete course or supplement with your own materials to make it your very own. A very useful resource for time-tapped Instructors!
